Conference Terms and Conditions
Payments
Full payment must be made ONE WEEK before the commencement of the conference. We cannot guarantee your booking if you have not paid before this time.Late registrations (made less than one week before commencement of the conference) may be processed at the team's discretion, but will need to be paid for at the time of registration unless you have made an alternative arrangement with the camp/conference team
All payments are to be made online during the registration process, unless you have made an alternative arrangement with the camp/conference team (i.e. financial assistance has been requested and approved).
Refunds
Partial and full payments can be refunded up to 1 week before camp starts. However, after this date no refunds are available.We understand that life is unpredictable and as such will act with the appropriate discretion in regards to unexpected circumstances such as sickness, family illness/trauma, exams etc. (such situations will be evaluated case by case by the team).
Registrations are transferableso should you find yourself unable to attend, but are aware of someone who would like to attend and will purchase your registration from you, please request a transfer by contacting our team
