Leavers day/Dinner (graduating students)

If you are graduating from ES this year (includes heading off-campus for prac/clinical years) then use this form to let us know you're coming.

Leavers day: Saturday 2nd November, 11:45 for 12pm sharp start, finishing 5pm. RSVP by Thursday 31st October

Location: Trinity City Church (88 North Terrace Adelaide SA 5000)

Cost: free

Includes: Lunch provided (give dietary requirements below)

Parking: Park in Trinity City carpark all day

You're also invited to the 2018 End-Of-Year Dinner (5-8pm), which is free for you as our honoured guest - please indicate if you're able to attend (for catering purposes).
