Conference terms and conditions


Payments may be made during the registration process. Payments may also be made online using the link in your confirmation email

Full payment must be made ONE WEEK before the commencement of the conference. We cannot guarantee your booking if you have not paid before this time.

Late registrations (made less than one week before commencement of the conference) can be processed, but will need to be paid for at the time of registration unless you have made an alternative arrangement with the camp/conference team

All payments are to be made online unless you have made an alternative arrangement with the camp/conference team (use the contact form and select "MYC related question").



Partial and full payments can be refunded up to 1 week before camp starts. However, after this date no refunds are available.

We understand that life is unpredictable and as such will act with the appropriate discretion in regards to unexpected circumstances such as sickness, family illness/trauma, exams etc. (such situations will be evaluated case by case by the team).

Registrations are transferable, so should you find yourself unable to attend, but are aware of someone who would like to attend and will purchase your registration from you, please request a transfer by contacting our team.

Promotional materials

We take photos and video during the conference and may capture your image as part of this. By registering and attending the conference you are agreeing to allow us to use your image in promotional materials. Please let the team know if you do not want your image to appear in promotional materials, or on our website or facebook pages



By registering for and/or attending the camp you acknowledge that you attend the camp at your own risk. While camp organisers and leaders will take reasonable care, you agree to not hold ES, leaders or organisers responsible for personal injury or loss.
