ES North Terrace, through its affiliation with AFES, employs a number of staff-workers who spend time on campus. Staff-workers provide teaching and pastoral support as well as give their time in other areas to support the ministry on campus.

Staff-workers rely on God's gracious provision; being funded through donations of individuals and churches who choose to support the work of Evangelical Students.
